we don't stop there. Our crew is capable of doing complete restorations
but since those jobs can be extremely cost prohibitive we focus on
extending the life of your home or commercial building by using quality
products.
We are proud to be working on the East End
of Long Island and show our pride through our work. Our crews are quiet
and respectful of your property and space. We see to it that they are
fed well and make sure they take morning and afternoon breaks so that
they can maintain an attention to detail while working.
We do not attack a project with tens of
people at once, we feel this leads to confusion and unneccessary
hazards on the worksite. Instead we pick the best workers we can find
and allow them the time to work well.
All rates are based on a per square basis. In construction a square is 24ft x 4ft of finished product.

Q: How long will my roof/siding last?
A: Factory Warranties apply to all
installed roofing products. We will review the details or you can
follow the links on our site to find more information. For our cedar
applications we use Liberty Cedar and CertiGrade® cedar products. We trust Firestone Building Products with our flat/ low pitch roof systems.
Q: How do you schedule a job and how long does it take?
A: Once we have signed We arrive on the
agreed upon day and stay on the job until the job is done. Meaning we
won't leave your job and hang up your schedule. A typical 3000 Square
Foot home can be completed in 5 days when working with asphalt or 2
weeks when working with cedar. A slate roof can take up to a month
because it is very labor intensive.
Q: Do you replace/install windows, handrails, facia boards, soffits, decks and skylights?
A: Yes to all of the above. We are working with new materials like Azek for many applications. Their products are very durable and never need painting. When installing new windows we prefer Anderson Windows due to their reliability and reputation. For skylights we will suggest Insuladome skylights for their superior performace.
